We're looking for an organized, detail-driven person to help keep our active projects on track. You'll be the one who notices when a detail is missing, asks the right follow-up question, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between the field and the office.
What you'll do:
- Review field progress and keep project schedules current
- Anticipate upcoming needs before they become urgent
- Track changes and document them clearly
- Communicate accurate, timely information to the office team
- Ask the follow-up questions that keep everyone aligned
You might be a great fit if you:

- Like bringing order to moving parts
- Have an interest in construction, project management, or the trades (experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person)
